Terrible call centre

I have no BIZ, I purchased my bundle on 26/12/2012, yet I do not have biz connectivity. My bank statement provides evidence of purchase of airtime and I was still connected at 9 am. Another issue I am having is the constant loss of 3G signal. I was told by vodacom that it was my old Nokia so I purchased a new Blackberry, but the problem persists, i have also done 2 sim swaps and the problem still persists.

As for answering the service sanctification survey, you do not want me to. I have been listening to this music for over an hour. this is unacceptable. if the call load is too much, employ more people.
