Cell C,
I am very unhappy, after a hello peter on the 13th feb (i waited 13 since applying) about the fact that i had received the wrong SIM CARD for my number porting, i needed a nano sim for my iPhone 5, i had been assured that my situation would be sorted out and it has gotten EVEN WORSE!
IM NOW SITTING WITH A BRICK OF A PHONE, i have no reception and i have no way for phoning out or receiving phone calls from clients!!! IM FURIOUS!!! i cannot believe this is happening i had spoken to so many people and i had heard that this is amazing service and i have to be 100% honest i disagree!
All i wanted to port my number and i had no idea that this would happen else i would have not moved from phone provider to the next!!
I refuse to go the WHOLE DAY AND WEEKEND with out a phone in which clients can not get hold of me on!
I work close to EAST RAND MALL there is a cell c there, PERHAPS you could phone them and make a plan & tell them that i am coming there TODAY to go pick up a sim card for my IPHONE 5 for my number port! ( why have you not thought of this solution in the first place??
PLEASE HELP TODAY!!
