I signed a top up contract in October last year which the consultant gave me a prepaid package instead of contract which I did not realize then since I wanted the airtime to carry over. However, in January I called MTN SP (808) after realizing this and the package was switched but I some how I did not receive my carried over airtime. It has been a month since I spoke to MTN SP and they told me they referred the matter to their billing department and I called two weeks back for feedback and they told me they are still working on it. I went to the Brits Mall a week back and inquired from the consultant but I was told I should wait. I am really getting impatient and no one is communicating the progress of the query.
