48hrs passed and still waiting for porting

After receiving my new phone on Wednesday morning, I phoned Cell C direct to activate the sim card and port my existing number to my new Cell C contract. They assured me the porting would happen after 24hrs.

It has now been 48hrs and counting and still nothing has happened.
