o 30/01: i opened a port contract
o 13/02: It took 13 days not 7 to deliver a simcard that was the wrong size when i had stated that i have a Iphone 5 when i opened my contract on the 30/01 for the porting of my number.
o 14th Feb: After i had Hello Petered i got a call from CellC (Masesi) saying they would help me & later that day they put the port threw, I was left with a brick of a phone & no network. She did nothing to help.
o 15/02: I then Hello Petered AGAIN & told them they cut me off & i also have no sim because they sent the wrong one. Boitumelo phoned me & told me that i need to go PAY for a SIMSWAP R150 because they dont give clients nano sims (Masesi said nothing of this to me the day before) when they open contracts they only supply the normal ones. I went to CellC & coughed up money for the sim because i had no working phone & clients couldnt get hold of me.
o 22/02: 2day CellC is here with a SIM AGAIN, A NANO SIM THAT Boitumelo told me that they do not supply to starting contract as its & that i must go PAY for SIMSWOP.I never signed for it.
Why where told to me? Are you going to credit me with R150?
