Blackberry Bold 9900 issues

My wife's blackberry now has to go in for repairs for the umpteenth time for the same problem and they take 3-4 weeks at a time to repair the phone at their leisure. We are paying good money for this phone that is supposed to be top of the range, but it has been in for repairs longer than she has been able to use it. This is no longer acceptable and the phone must in all fairness be faulty and needs to be replaced. They also are unable to provide her with a loan phone which leaves her stranded every time the phone needs to be repaired. Please replace the phone or refund it!
