Reported dead DSL/Internet connection on 14 Feb. No reaction from Telkom!!
Call 10210 and get same reply after first navigating the machine, they have referred it to technical.
How can it take them 9 days to fix a connection at their exchange? Now the weekend is coming up and no-one works on the weekend, so it will be next week then, I wonder?
The most pathetic service!!
