Last year I took a contract out with Autopage in Ballito. The phone that I took was a blackberry 9320. The handset gave me problems from the first week of the contract whereby the phone shutsdown and reboots every 10minutes. I was unable to return the phone within the first week due to transport issues. My phone was sent in after 6months through to the repair centre. The repair centre then took between 5 to 6 weeks to get the phone repaired. However after I got the phone back the problem persisted and it got even worse. I have asked the manager to replace the phone however she says that it's upto to blackberry to replace the handset. I have also sent the handset in for repairs again. The lady did not want to mention that she was the owner of the store and she did not want to take any responsiblity. I feel that this is unfair if the phone that I took from them is most of the time at the repair centre. My contract will be ending by September and I have been an unhappy client for this past year and a half. I should be given a new phone as I am still on contract with Autopage Ballito.
