I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 5 months ago for business use. I have complained at my nearest store on numerous occasions about the phone not operating properly (freezing, dropping calls, not being able to receive calls, however was told that I need to contact the call center I have done that on 3 separate occasions but to date i am still still waiting for feedback. I was told that "apparently" my service provider would contact me within 48 hours... that was a week ago.
As this is a business phone, I have suffered a loss of income as my clients are never able to reach me. I would like to have a phone that at minimum can make and receive a call!!! or release me from this contract to take out another one with another service provider that CARES about their customers
