Faulty Phone Purchased and refusal to replace

I upgraded online on the 13/06/2012, the phone was delivered. A month after receiving the phone, it froze and refused to work. Took phone in for repairs about 4 times and it does the same thing. Vodacom refuses to replace faulty phone that they cannot repair, this is clearly a manufacturing default. It's frustrating as I'm not getting any viable solution from Vodacom. I still not even able to make or receive calls.
