For the past 24 months we having experiencing network issues. We have complained numerous times to Vodacom regarding the problems, nothing was done until November last year. Vodacom had installed an antenna at my residence. However we are still experiencing network issues. Clearly the antenna isn't working.
The technician that i have been dealing with insists that there is nothing wrong when we have network issues. We can not send and receive emails using our black berry devices.
This is highly irritating.
