I requested a Sim swap on Sunday 6 January 2013, its now Friday and im still not on line. MTN's call centre is useless!!!
The Norwood branch has been helpful in trying to sort out the issue but they are botlenecked at MTN back office.
if im not online by 12pm today, i will have no option but to port my number and i dont care if MTN threatens to sue as my contract expires in November.
