I complained to MTN coverage about /-4 mnths ago about the poor signal reception I am having in the Extension 1, Mosquito Valley, Lenasia area. Had a guy by the name of Yaseen come to my house to do a signal check. He agreed that the signal was very poor and arranged that boosters be fitted in. I was asked to complete the relevant docs which I did. 6 weeks later i had still not heard from them. Followed up with a call only to find out that it was still with the Admin department. My family & I all have MTN numbers & not one of us can use our cell phones when we at home. The tragic thing is I had an armed at my home & we were unable to use our cell phones. I followed up yesterday again & spoke to a lady by the name of Samantha. She said it was with the Admin department and before the end of yesterday I would get some feedback from MTN as to the progress of the outcome. Why does MTN not get back??? I ALWAYS HAVE TO FOLLOW UP. Very frustrated with this type of service. We pay for a service but cannot make use of it due to poor signal. URGENT RESPONSE PLZ
