Complained about NO network coverage at my home. After months of complaints a person was sent out to check the signal. He concluded that there was "very poor" coverage at my home. this was a month ago, he said that someone would contact me to sort it out. no one has done this and the person who came to test the signal does not take my calls.
This is ridiculous and amounts to a breach of contract as cell c is not supplying there end of my contract. I have no signal at home and cannot use my phone.
