Can Vodacom afford to loose more clients?

I called the Fourways Vodacom store to upgrade one of my business contracts. When I called I was transferred to 4 different people as no one could help. The one sales person said he was too busy to help me. All I wanted to find out is if they stock of the iphone 5 and how much the data bundle was. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was busy. i called back 4 times but he would not take my call. I then called customer service and they told me there is no number i can call to log the complaint. As a result i am left with only one decision of cancelling all my vodacom contracts. After being with Vodacom for 15 years - and in the last few years the service has gone down with each year. It seems Vodacom dont value their customers. Maybe i will have better luck at CellC who seem happy to assist me.
