No coverage therefore contract cancellation

Last year i took a laptop contract with mtn. everything worked fine till december 2012 when all of a sudden i had no internet connection. we called 1555 and were informed that mtn does not use alcatel modem but only huawei. for several days no one knew how alcatel modem works. we were referred to coverage. Sizakele informed us that the tower in the area was down and i should move to another area if i needed to connect to the internet on.11th January my husband called to follow up as were still without connection. we requested to speak to senior person but none was available, not a supervisor or team team leader not even the manager available.
last week we called again, spoke to Emmanuel who informed him that a coordinator (Ande) was going to be dispatched. days went by, we called again, spoke to Emmanuel still same excuse.i would like to have the contract canceled. mtn has not given me service since the 3rd of December when i discovered the problem. and ever since I'm receiving 2g a month which i can't use. currently i'm on 3.77g which is useless to me and will be receiving another 2g in a week time which is all uselessand continually subjected to pay montly subscription.
