REFUND AND NEW INVOICE

I have been waiting since 17 November 2013 for
1. A New invoice in our company name, MTN logo and VAT number.

2. A Refund. Quote was for R1567.00, which we paid. Invoice is reflecting payment of R1313.88.

I have been chasing this up for last three months now. Why is this taking so long??
We were supposed to claim this repair from our insurance but this has taken so long, insurance will not consider it as it's a STALE claim.

FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY STAFF AT REPAIRS THAT THIS IS WORK IN PROGRESS - SEE BELOW
