I had just upgraded my phone to a Samsung Galaxy and I had previous network issues in my area and MTN would give me the run around and then they came to install a network Ariel just to shut me up and that took 6 months for delivery.
On the 8th of July 2013 I called MTN to state that I get EDGE coverage at home and not 3G which seriously impacts on the phones performance. I spoke to Emmanuel and he advised that he will call me back.
I thought that Emmanuel was going to call me atleast within a week (cause that's how they operate at MTN) but I received a call with in an hour telling me that he has spoken to the technician and that a network booster would be delivered by end of this week. I was soo excited but calmed myself down as I thought that MTN would just do what they do best and not even bother.
But to my surprise, on Thursday that week, I received a call stating that my booster was ready and were should they deliver it on Friday. I told Ande the technician that I'm at work on Friday and he offered to deliver at work.
I would like to thank Emmanuel and Ande for their great service and turn around time and I now have full 3G.
