Hi, this is the second time i had to deal with Vera and her terrible attitude. We are a company, thus we fall under the grouping of commercial clients. In December 2012 one of our directors had a discussing with her about a variety of changes that needs to be made. No two months later and alot of wasted money, it seems that she did not work on any of our queries or changes. When i phoned her the first time regarding a insurance claim for a phone, she screamed at me over the phone and had some extra rude things to say. Today i again phoned her to en-quire if she could perhaps send me all the documentation that was signed that day, so that i could see exactly what was going on as we asked for the insurance band to be increased and the package to change, i just wanted to make sure of this in accordance to the documents signed. She then yelled at me and rudely put me through to a 3rd person that has nothing to do with the situation.
I feel she has no professional or people skills and that she does not understand the principles of the role of management.
She is not worthy of the position, check how her staff is leaving and looking for other placements.
Vera Botha plz learn to be human.
