I am seriously upset now. I put in a claim last month already. Things went smoothly, until it was time to do the paper work, we couriered the NCO documents through and it was signed for. I send an email to the consultant assisting with my claim, it took him a week to "search" for the documents. After numerous emails he eventually responded and said that he received it and will finalise my claim that day, It is two weeks later and nothing yet, every time I phone he is never available and the one time he would have phoned me back I am still waiting for that phone call. The next time one of the other consultants would have send me another document to sign, I did not receive anything yet. I emailed the complaints department and the automatic response mail said someone will contact me in two working days time, it has been 2 weeks, nothing!!! I understand that they have a lot queries and claims but seriously is it really necessary to ignore some of the clients? :(
