I took my phone to Vodacom only 2month after I upgraded for repairs job no 9161249. I told them the problem. After two weeks I had to take the phone back aa the problem still occurred. Vera then booked in my phone, but she did not phone Menlyn to follow up why it was not fixed the first time I had to do it. The technical analyst told me to book in my battery two. I went back and told Vera that the battery needs to go with. I recently took my phone back after it still wasn't fixed. I refused to sent it back for repair as its not helping. Vera mention that se can not no anything except making a note. Why is she a manager if she can not render services. I phone the advanced repair centre to find out whats going on an realise that they are not booking the phones in with the right explanation of the fault. She was very rude and had an attitude. If I buy a phone at vodacom no matter where the branch is I expect good service. Not saying that she can only make a note. Why should I phone around to find out whats going on. I refuse to sent in my phone again an demand a new phone or I will cancel my contract. I need my phone to do business and not affective in my work without a phone.
