BIS Issues

I live in Durban and have been experiencing problems with my connecting to BIS for two months now. The Netowrk for phone calls and SMSs works fine but BIS works for a little while then goes off. i often have to put my phone off then on again to get BIS started. I call the Call Centre and was advised that Cell C was experinecing network issue and it was being fixed, that was one month ago and im still having the same problem. I pay for BIS every month and i expect to work. Please can someone let me know whats going on!!!
