I was reinstating my insurance and Kyle was so kind and helpful, and he was quick, as you know people hate to have their time wasted, it just didn't feel like that with him. South African call centre services could really hire more people like Kyle who are willing to help the consumer and make it nicer to deal with people over the phone instead of lazy, unintellegent people by whom you can hear by the tone of their voices aren't interested in helping you or making things easier for you.
