CHECK MY INSURANCE

I upgraded two Cell Phones at Elridge. The first an I Phone 10/2/13, the 2nd a Blackberry 13/7/13.I asked on both occassions to check my insurance, the first time, the clerk Moshe Sibiya never came back to me, the 2nd time I asked the clerk Moshe Sibiya to check my insurance. Both times I was told they cannot check over a weekend only in the week. The 2nd time I was not confident that Moshe would bother to get back to me so I asked who is the manager. He told me Braam. Asked Braam to please check my insurance. When I signed the papers I circled and wrote CHECK MY INSURANCE.Again they never came back to me. Due to a car accident on 27/7/13 I never got back to the store.(Car still at the panelbeaters) On 3/8/13 my handbag was in Woolworths with my I Phone. Went back to Elridge to lodge a claim to find out I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. WHAT A SHOCK. Braam not interested, his attitude, most clients don't want insurance. WHY would I have asked then! As far as I know I have always had insurance. Every upgrade I go into a store and collect the phone and accept my insurance is in place. Collected copy signed "Check Insurance" Braam's attitude VOORSPOED! Phoned 011 808 9001, no success Disgusted
