I Lost my work due to retrenchment and currently still unemployed. I phoned FNB and informed them about my situation as I have a loan with them. They asked me to fax certain documents which I faxed immediately. A month down the line FNB phoned me to inform that I am in arrears I then explained to them my situation again and the lady asked me to fax the documents to her fax nr. Faxed. Next month the same story. After I faxed the documentation for a seventh time a lady phoned me again and asked me when I will pay the arrears on my account and I asked her to please check on the system if they received documents. She confirmed that it was received and will be processed. Today the 12th of December 2013 I got a call from FNB Loans with an arrogant guy on the other side saying that I need to pay my account. I asked him to check his system and he responded that I need to explain to him. I then did and he said that I still need to pay. I asked him how am I supposed to pay seeing that I don't have an income. Please FNB START doing your work, Listen to the recordings and speak to people like human beings. leave your arrogance at home and stop harassing after I tried to do the right thing.
