I had a Nashua Mobile contract and then moved over to prepaid around a year and a half ago. I was then billed every month despite being on prepaid. I then picked this up and called the call centre only to be told that the problem is picked up and I can expect the money within 5 days. That did not happen. I then called in again last week after getting a statement showing an amount of R626.00 owing to me from July. Im pretty certain that if the roles were reversed, I would be charged extra for not paying my bill on time. I was told last week that I would have that money within 5 days... again, I have received nothing!!! I want a manager from Nashua Mobile to call me and get this problem sorted out.
