Nashua Mobile Pathetic service

I am currently a client with 4 contract with Nashua Mobile and recently upgraded a contract for a IPhone 5S 32 GB and yet Nashua Mobile try to give me a 16GB one on and when I picked it up it seems that the sales person is trying very hard push the 16GB phone to me and not rectifying the mistake and the contract is now in force and yet I have not received my phone after 3 weeks and still they want me to accept the 16GB instead.

This is not the first time Nashua Mobile has had issues with me, there is already a Cell C contract which I was a special by cell C for R399 a month earlier this year and till today I am still being charged a higher amount on it as the sales person did the paperwork on the contract wrong and has being trying to rectify it ever since March and still no joy.

Nashua Mobile if you do not rectify both of these problems ASAP I will take all my contracts with you to someone else who can service me better and you can say good bye to a loyal customer who has being with you for years and who spend almost R3000 with you, My main contract which is due for upgrade in Feb (almost half the 3000) will go to someone else if you don't fix this before the new yea
