Take My Word... Pffft

I want to go from contract to prepaid, keeping my number, so I phoned Nashua Mobile Head Office on 26/04/2013, 3 months before my contract expires, telling Hlengiwe what I want, so she advised me to "Port out". So I completed the form and she told me everything is done. I will be on prepaid when my contract expires. so I phoned them twice a month after that making sure that they won't deduct money after the 14th of July 2013 (contract expires) and in every phone call they told me that I do not need to worry, and that they will not deduct money after my contract has been expired... so comes Saterday the 27th of July 2013. And what happened?? They deducted money from my account. so I phoned Nashua Mobile Head office again and Manana told me that they can not do anything about that, all they can do is listen to my phone calls and from the 1st of September I will be able to go to prepaid. This is not my idea of Service! Taking food out of someones mouth! I bargained on that money! Now its gone. Nothing they can do about it! How selfish, don't you think? for 3 months I made sure this will not happen and they assured me it won't happen, yet it did! NOT HAPPY AND HUNGRY!!!
