I complained previously about Nashua overbilling me. This was sorted out by Nashua Mobile Sunny Park who were very helpful & even helped me fill in the forms that were required in order to requisition the money Nashua basically from me.. According to Nashua Mobile Sunny Park Nashua still owes me about R500. I haven't received this & now once again, I'm being threatened with a suspended line. I would have been able to pay my bill easily had you not taken money from me the previous two months. All I ask is that Nashua pay me back the money they overcharged me, which I have already done the admin for. Then I'll gladly pay my bill. At least you charged me the correct amount this month. Thank you for that.
