I switched to Nashua Mobile on a R399 per month contract. Today I received my bill which was more than double the amount that I should have been charged. There is no more information regarding the bill besides the charge. I phoned the call centre (which by the way is not a free call, it is as if Nashua Mobile is actively trying to discourage people from complaining by making them pay to report problems. There are also no email addressses to email issues), The woman on the other side wasn't able to explain why I was charged so much and promised me that I would recieve an email within a few hours explaing why. I have not received any such email.

The extra charge for the month makes it appear as if I used nearly 3gb of data in this current month, however my phone records useage of only 3.3gb since February. Since I joined Nashua Mobile, I have consistently been charged over R100 more than the amount of the contract, with no indication as to what those charges relate to. I have a right to information as to what I am being charged for, and apparently this is not allowed unless you pay extra.

I expect a phone call from Nashua Mobile with an explanation as to the fee.
