BusinessCall Contract With No Privileges Is A Pain

As a Business Call contract account holder;

I cannot purchase a data bundle through [URL Removed] I get a message that states either: "Master Account Holder Privileges Required"/ or as per *111# an "E-100" Error)

BUT; I can use unlimited out of bundle data (R2/1MB)

After struggling for 25 minutes with a terribly buggy business call center (082 1940) (multiple transfers back and forth & kicked-out to the menu, I speak to an individual that informs me that I will have to send a company letterhead/copy of ID of the signatory PER data bundle purchase.

Understandable, Companies want to prevent staff abusing data, resulting in excessive bills, but I already knew that, it's pure logic.

The question that nobody in the entire Vodacom Business Call Center can answer, is WHY allow me UNLIMITED out-of-bundle bandwidth, at R2/1MB (which is unbelievable) on my contract which I could so easily abuse, but not allow me to purchase a data bundle to try save some money?

The contract (Business Call) Vodacom has given me is weird. Basically It allows me itemized calling, and internet use, all at their highest rates. Worst decision taking out a contract. I've got 11 months left of pain.
