Bad service from vodacom call centre agent Mampai

I called vodacom (0821945) to have my contract activated after waiting for over 48 hrs. Firstly I waited for about an hr on the line to be assisted then got through to an agent called Mampai, then she aksed me for my ID number to check, I gave her and she could not find my details on the system, then she asked me for the contract ref number which I didnt have, My understanding was that she could pick it up with the sim ref number as the previous agent i called (voda line 111) did, then she says, you should just remove the sim and put it back and it will work, then I told her that have done this over 5 times then she tells me that have not done it the proper way that i should remove and wait for 5 hours before i put the sim back, then I asked her what happens if that does not work, she says I must call them back if doesnt work after 5 hours knowing that in 5 hours the call centre will be closed. I asked her if she will be available in 5 hours then she first says yes (this to me was just a way to get me off the line), then I reminded her that they'll be closed in 5 hours then she says ohh yes we will be closed... also she was sounding very rude even after she was wrong. BAD SERVICE
