Sim Card activation - poor service

I got a new contract phone on Thursday, my contract subscription was activated on my current Micro SIM card on my old Blackberry 8560. The new Blackberry Q10 uses a Nano SIM which Vodacom sent me. But that Nano SIM is still not activated. I contacted Vodacom to do the sim swop on Friday. The said they will call the account holder so do the security check. They never phones. On Saturday we phoned again, the lady told us that the new sim card was activated, and it will be up and running within 4 to 24 hours.By Sunday afternoon, the sim was not activated. I went to a local Vodacom branch yesterday and the most competent sales man helped me, he checked into the status of the account, firstly he told me that Vodacom's system were down for a few hours on Friday and then again nearly the whole of Yesterday. He also told me that on the system it reflects that my account was not paid.. The funniest part off all is, yesterday morning I got an sms from Vodacom thanking me for the account payment. We are still battling to get the sim swop because my husband is the account holder and is out off town. He waited for them to phone him back but it never happened!!!
