I wish i could rather attached an email to this because its long anyway, with lots of struggle we my parents got a telkom line, the application was for the 2mbps line and 10gigs for R499 p/m, i help my parents because i'm trying to get them computer literate you know, anyway long story short, i had to do most of the work the technician was supposed to do when he was there, he just converted the line to adsl and did no installation for my mom while she was there, anyway, so the line is in, converted and what have you, it really was allot of stress to get to this point, now they received a bill for R1 452-00, how can this be? i emailed the guy who was assisting with the sale, he read the email but don't respond at all, i mean really, people don't have 3 x as much money these days as they bargained for you know. i will enter my dad's ID, because the account is on his name, but they know very little about computers and Internet and so on, that's why they trusted me to help them...
