Avoid Telkom

On 16 January I requested my existing line to be converted to an adsl line. After more than a dozen calls and unkept promises from Telkom I still do not have adsl, in fact I have no line at all. No technician seems to be available in my area. I do not know who to contact anymore. I am thinking of cancelling everything with Telkom.
