THE LINE IS STILL DOWN.i've reported the line yesterday ref no 10cwz050213.
Good morning

The voucher have been loaded, balance R180.00 credit.

I forward your mail to the faults department (supervisor).

During the day I also will check to which technician the fault was allocated to and follow up with him.
