They seemed to be confused

I phoned Afrihost before installing my Telkom line and inquired about the process which I must follow to convert my analogue line to ADSL after Telkom installed the line, as Afrihost will be my ISP, and was told to apply online and it will be converted within 2 weeks..

After Telkom installed the line, I applied online on Afrihost's website. The next day, my line was active from Telkom's side, I notified Afrihost that it was active and to continue with the conversion. After much struggle I finally got through to the lady that I am doing my ADSL line rental and ISP through Afrihost (as per my online order). Later they asked me to plug inmy router because they could not see ADSL in my line from their side. Obviously, Afrihost should do the ADSL conversion.

The lady phoned me to ask if they should activate my data even though my ADSL line is not ready yet. Why would I do this? It's supposed to be a package.

I keep on getting the e-mail and sms daily from the legal team to send a copy of my ID to activate my account, which I have done twice already.

I do not receive updates on the order after I query the status. I am utterly engrossed by Afrihost's service.
