They told my parents they owe R1340 to reconnect their line so they paid the money a week later they put the phone totally off saying my parents owe now another R1200 before they can reconnect the line but there's no proof to show that is what they owe telkom, how can your line be reconnected if u still owe another R1200 according to t them, and all the consultants gives a different story to the same account.
