TELKOM ADSL Lonehill

I applied for a telkom home line. This would be then converted in to an ADSL line for home use. I asked the call centre agent if there was availible lines/routes in my area. She advised that there was. about 5 months ago Telkom installed a brand new DP board right outside our complex, hiring cranes and trucks for this 'big install'. I called back a couple of days later to find out the progress (after i was promised an email and an sms) they sounded confused as apparently the technician tested for an ADSL line and the report was slow speeds?? I have not even got the line yet. Long and short of it, now there is no lines availible??? Come now guys!! get hold of me
