I got a Blackberry curve 9380 on contract. I noticed 2 days later that the camera/video modes are not working. Took it in for OBF, it failed coz it had some scratches on the back cover. Therefore it was taken to repair. I went to collect it, it didnt have the battery and the cover (which they took when i brought it in). I was told they will call the repair centre on monday to bring this things, next sunday they still didnt have the parts. it's been 2 months now since I got the contract, i am paying for the phone while it is not in my hands. Now I don't know what else to do to get them to call the repair centre to return the parts.
