I took my Iphone 3GS to Cell C Cavendish on the 23.02.2013 as my phone would not switch on. I have only had the phone 5 months so the phone is still covered under warranty. On Thursday the 28.02.2013 I went to Cell C Canal Walk to check the progress of the phone, the young man started laughing when he called up the information on my phone and called the other Cell C attendant to have a laugh as well, once I gotten his attention I found out he was laughing at the high quote on my phone which was R6200. Apart from that lack in professionalism he was otherwise helpful.
I called the Repair Centre on the 1 March and found out the reason the quote on my phone is so high is apparently I have missing parts in my phone? According to the repair centre the phone has a missing screen, they also said the phone had been opened and worked on before? I have never had a problem with the phone until now and the only people who have ever done repairs is now Cell C repair centre and how do parts go missing? So on friday I was told they would reassess the phone and call me back later that day which didn't happen, Monday I called again and was told the same thing and still nothing?
