call from RTT (real terrible transport) delivery now on Monday be available with documents. (Nothing)
Tuesday I call delivery for today be available. (Nothing).
Wednesday I call again delivery for today, I tell them not to bother.
Thursday call from Ahmed at MTN Direct, I refused to sign for the delivery, WHAT DELIVERY?? He will call back. 16H45 a call from RTT on their way to deliver available, no I cant I've left for the day.
Friday I am in off site. My phone rings RTT insist I come and sign for my phone NOW...
My phone is signed for by a colleague who produces my documents, interesting I thought we had to sign for things in person to verify FICA and RICA...
Monday the phone doesnt work properly continue testing on friday go to MTNSP store MENLYN, sorry different channels cant help you.
eventually I must return phone to MTNSP MENLYN then call DIRECT, RTT will then AMBULANCE deliver to me.
1 Hour of wasted time at MTN SP MENLYN to try to return phone wasted time
I DONT HAVE TIME FOR MTN AS THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR MINE
