New Cellphone overheating. Cover pealing!

Purchased new Cell phone (Blackberry). Experiencing problems with cell phone and only five months into contract phone starts overheating. The cover starts pealing off. Took in for repair and was promised after 21 working days the phone will be fixed. Thirty working days later we called and was told that the phone is back and ready for collection. We collected only to find the phone has not been fixed. Booked it back in for repair and it is almost 2 months now. The manager Fatima does not return calls nor does she respond via email as promised. Called head office, CEO desk and they are not much help either.

We are now demanding either the contract be cancelled completely or we will continue the contract providing a different cellphone brand is given. We have no faith in blackberry. We have had 5 Blackberry phone now and fed up with Blackberry handsets. It is in for repairs since the 13 October 2013. Pathetic service.

As a customer we are paying for a product that is faulty and we cannot use. My son is terrified and feels that the cellphone may blow up as it gets too hot as mentioned.

I don't think it is too much to ask that a different brand be given.
