I was due to upgrade my phone and was having some difficulty contacting the right people. As soon as I contacted Mariska, my entire experience became easy. Instead of chasing her, she proactively would follow up with me, mention and address concerns I hadn't even though of yet, providing valuable contract advice to ensure the contract I was getting matched my needs. She located a shop which was the most convenient for me and checked that they had stock of the model I wanted, and ensured they kept it for me. She also checked that the operating hours were suitable. She handled all the paperwork and contacted the agent I dealt with at the store, so that he was informed and could arrange everything, as well as ensuring the sim swap process would be completely effortlessly.
