My line has been suspended, I'm trying to make a call to make necessary arrangements and I'm told Credit Management cannot take calls.

What MTN is saying is I'm not allowed to make an arrangement for payment because everybody refuses to have me speak to them. My line is suspended, there's no way you can get hold of me unless I call you.
I spoke to 3 Consultants, Nomsa put me on hold until I hung up, I spoke to the other guy who would not give me time to even say what my story is, I spoke to Oakgeng who put me through to Lungama.
I have the same story from Lungama, can somebody please tell me what to do. I have made an effort to make an arrangement but MTN is refusing to listen
