No Stock... No Service

4 weeks ago my wife's contract with CellC became eligible for upgrade. We went to Walmer Park CellC and were told that the phone that she wanted was out of stock and had been for some weeks. She had selected to upgrade to the Sony Xperia Go. As a comparison, I went over to the MTN store and they were able to furnish that model immediately. My complaint comes in 3 parts:
1. Why are you still advertising specials, weeks after you know that you are out of stock nationally and you know that you are unable to get more?
2. In the 4 weeks since we have placed the order, we have not been contacted once by the store to let us know what is happening. We are forced to call and often drive to the store for updates as they don't answer the phones.
3. Why is CellC experiencing this shortage when your competition is not experiencing this? It sounds like poor planning on your behalf.

Her contract will be ending on 20 August this year and I think that I will advise her to follow the advice from your adverts on TV and make the change... AWAY from bad service with CellC.
