I was due for a contract renewal with MTN and the process began with an email from Sarika to advise me of my eligibility. Thereafter what followed was a million questions from my side and a million replies from Sarika, which were always fast, efficient and very friendly. It was not just a straight-forward upgrade hence all the questions from my side, but the manner in which Sarika handled my migration and upgrade was nothing short of amazing. she truly did put up with a whole lot from me and never once showed any irritation or ignored my emails etc. She is brilliant at what she does and I just hope her managers recognise and appreciate this. She is a valuable asset to MTN!
