I called in for a claim but was advised to update my policy just to ensure that everything was loaded correctly and while doing all of this also got an additional discount on my premium. WOW!!!
Not only did he promise to follow-up within 48hrs but did it in less than 24. To top it all my claim was handled perfectly too.
