Two Gems Amongst Rubble

I'm not happy with what happened, however I would like to compliment these two ladies:

By the time that I landed in Mariska Beukes email box, I was very unhappy & frustrated. What should have been a simple matter had escalated to the point that I wanted to cancel my accounts. Everytime I asked for help, I got told "we can't do that, the system doesn't allow, or it was my fault", it's amazing how dealing with the correct person makes all the difference. Suddenly with Mariska, it was allowed, FNB can help, it can be done and it was a system error & not my own. Mariska, thank you for all your support & understanding!! I still find it amazing that after more than 3 hours of discussion, shouting, accusations etc with 13 other FNB staff members, where nought was achieved, you sorted it out in a jiffy.

Bernice Le Roux, if you hadn't jumped in to help me at the Centurion branch I would have probably got locked up for murdering the person pushing in line. Thank you for calming me down when my temper was about to explode. And also for all your kind words & advise.

I wish I had dealt with both you ladies right from start, BUT THANK YOU for saving my end!!
