I would just like to compliment Jonathon on the wonderful way in which he handled my upgrade. When I informed 082Cellular that I would like to upgrade to an iPhone contract and lady contacted me immendiately to let me know the did not have stock but were due to receive stock shortly - thank you for keeping me in the loop. The upgrade process was seamless and the manner in which he dealt with us was fantastic. I have been through the upgrade process many times and have been left frustrated many times. Thank you for going the extra mile for me Jonathon - I really appreciate the super service we received from 082Cellular.
